The studio apartment is situated on the fourth floor with a lift and entry is through a large courtyard complete with a fountain. The building was originally an old mansion that has been converted to apartments.
This apartment has a rustic charm, further enhanced by vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. The living room with parquetry floor has three windows overlooking the courtyard.
