The recently renovated studio apartment is spacious and is enhanced by high ceilings and wooden beams. It is situated on the second floor of a typical Parisian building that has two security doors with digicode.

The living room has a window overlooking Rue Quincampoix. The separate kitchen is equipped with hotplates, a combined oven/microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is a large round dining table with four chairs. Cable TV, CD player and telephone included. Modern, tiled bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Electric heating. Linen supplied.

There are two sofa beds with good quality mattresses. The beds fold out already made.
