Situated on the first floor entry is through a charming paved walkway. The apartment building has recently
been renovated and it has two security doors with digicode and interphone.

market streets ( Montorgueil 0.5km) and fashion boutiques. From the apartment, rue Saint Martin is mainly
pedestrian walkway down to the Seine.
