This cute little house is in the centre of the gorgeous, leafy village of Villeneuve-Minervois, so close to the local boulangerie and cafe, you can just about smell the croissants and coffee from the kitchen window.

The famous local wines are also within a lazy wander from the front door, as is the restored 17C Moulin, and the brook that bubbles along the edge of the village.

This home sleeps 2-4 people in two bedrooms. It is ideal for a romantic couple, a family of 4, two couples, or 4 non-romantic friends! There is also a fold-out divan which is suitable for an extra child.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen/dining and living area. The first floor has the bathroom (with bath), and a bedroom. The third level is a large attic bedroom.

The house has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom, and has been repainted, inside and out.

We pride ourselves on making guests comfortable, with quality furnishings, beds, bed linen and towels.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, electric heating, TV and video with a small selection of videos to suit most tastes), CD player, and a selection of toys and books for kids.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook any French (or other) creation you are inspired to attempt!
